Candida Albicans, The Princess Of Death

Have you ever heard about this lady? She is the princess of death that resides in all of us. She lives in our intestinal flora and has no much power to do any harm if we are pretty healthy. Her most passionate desire is to be the Director of our Immune System. Once on this position she will create arteries, veins and capillaries just like the one we have to reach our blood. This lady then will deposit her deadly toxic poisonous substance in our blood in order to kill and/or destroy us. Candida Albicans is a very aggressive yeast that wait when our bodies get weak and will take the opportunity to take advantage and take us in a trip of sickness and disease and the death. When we are dead she is not finished with us. As a scavenger that she is, she will then together with her army of scavengers will eat and eat our flesh and any other live organism flesh until they will get so fat that we can start seeing worms on a death body. We all had seen them. This is how candida yeast-like fungi looks:

http://pathmicro.med.sc.edu/mycology/candi4.jpg Candida Albicans can't do so much damage so quick. It takes years of using antibiotics, lots of sugary foods, stress, the pill, pregnisone, etc... before Candida will eventually bring the diagnosis of: Leaky Gut Syndrome. This is where the Candida arteries and veins in the form of plant branches penetrate the intestines and reach the blood circulation and then depositing its toxins. This is the most extensive syndrome that produces a mirriad of symptoms that the orthodox medicine treat individually making the syndrome even worse. The first who came with this syndrome...To be continued...

Vitamin (Hormone) D

Vitamin D is not a vitamin but a hormone and a very powerful hormone. The immune system depends on the right amount of this hormone to take care of dangerous diseases like the Flu, tuberculosis... (to be continued)

Zinc

The mineral zinc is needed in our bodies daily. Zinc is found in highest concentration in the liver, with lesser amounts found in the pancreas, kidney, and pituitary gland. Zinc-binding molecules act to transport zinc across the mucous cells of the intestine, where it is picked up by albumin molecules for transport to the liver and other organs. Once zinc fills the areas where it is needed the rest is excreted but never through the urine unless there is some type of illness. Zinc absorption occurs primarily in the small intestine.

Zinc In The Brain

It has been clearly documented that zinc is crucial for brain functioning. Memory and learning function is one of the expertise of zinc in the brain. A deficiency of this mineral will make your kid look like if he or she has no intelligence. An excess of zinc can cause epilepsy-like seizures but it has been also well documented that what we actually have is a more than 80 percent of the population deficient of this mineral. To be on the safe side many experts are recommending not to supplement with more than 100 mg of elemental zinc daily. Others suggest no more than 40 mg to avoid deficiencies on cooper and iron.

Zinc Deficiency Can Cause DNA Damage

It has been also well documented in experiments done in rats that zinc deficiency damage the DNA and also impairment in DNA repair. When replenish zinc can restore the damage.Chromosomes are made up of DNA which means that if the DNA is damage chromosomes can also suffer damage. Down's syndrome is the result of a damaged chromosome.

Wound Healing

Zinc speed up wounds healing. Zinc helps maintain the integrity of skin and mucous membranes. Patients with chronic leg ulcers have abnormal zinc metabolism and low serum zinc levels, and clinicians frequently treat skin ulcers with zinc supplements. The authors of a systematic review concluded that zinc sulfate might be effective for treating leg ulcers in some patients who have low serum zinc levels. Having a deficiency on this mineral means exposing ourselves to many illnesses, not only physical but mentally.

Bones And Skin

Many adolescents experience acne and pimples while approaching the adolescent stage. It has been reported that the reason is hormonal changes. Without denying this theory or fact, we can also theorized as many more studies and discoveries are made that this is the period in which kids start the process of growing up physically. It is a fact that zinc is needed in the bones more than ever if kids are to grow up. The amount of zinc needed to grow is a matter of a daily intake of zinc since the body doesn't store zinc for future use. Whatever zinc kids get from food will be used primarily to build bones. If there is not enough other areas of the bodies will suffer like the skin. Zinc is needed to protect the skin from fungus and bacteria. Acne and pimples in adolescents is the result of not enough zinc while kids are in their physical development.

Kids Sexual Maturing Problems And Zinc

"Where zinc deficiencies are severe, as in Egypt and Iran, growth and sexual development is so interfered with that the testicles and penis remain abnormally small and pubic and facial hair does not grow: yet zinc sulfate given as a daily supplement has brought development of the external genitalia and normal growth even in older boys. One young man, 20 year old, grew 5 inches in 14 Months". - Adele Davis, PhD in Biochemistry in her book "Let's Eat Right To Keep Fit" page 199, chapter 24 (soft cover).

This mineral had been on books for a long time but it has been thrown under the bus. Adele Davis has been a loyal advocate for this mineral since the beginning of the 70"s. It has been quite a while since we have been experiencing deficiencies on this very important mineral. The reason zinc had become deficient in our table foods today is not because the soil is depleted but because of chemical fertilization. Here is how Adele Davis wrote: "Deficiencies of another trace mineral, zinc, are commonly recognized in crops and stock foods over most of United States. Even when zinc is not actually lacking from the soils, deficiencies are caused by chemical fertilization saturating the soil solution to such a degree that that zinc cannot be dissolve in it or be absorbed by the plants."

PROBIOTICS, WHERE WE MOST START

Probiotics are the foundation for our health. All of the health principles we can apply to stay healthy can crumble down on us if we miss this foundation. We can build the most amazing beautiful and strong building but it can come down easily if the foundation is weak.  The word probiotics says it all. Probiotics means "pro life". Antibiotic means the opposite, it means "against life". Probiotics are live organisms that are like soldiers strategically positioned in areas that protect us against outside invaders. From the mouth all the way down the anus is the tube that this organism are assigned to protect from invaders outside and enemies already inside this long tube.

In order to keep this army of organism doing its job properly we need to understand what are those things that keep them operating with optimal strength and also what are those things that can damage their effectiveness. Our own bodies through the kind of food we eat can produce Probiotics or it can be deposited there also through the food we eat. These probiotics are 85 percent good bacteria and 15 percent bad bacteria that the body uses to turn it around to benefit the body. What is important is the balance in which good bacteria most outnumber by much the bad bacteria.

Once we have an optimal defense system then we most start optimizing the positive part of our bodies that deals with nutrients. When we build a house the first part we install is the plumbing system or the elimination system.  Our bodies are already built and all we need to do now is providing the raw materials in order to optimize it.

Probiotics are strains of live microorganisms beneficial to the host. The most common types of these microbes are lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria.  The worst practice that destroys these beneficial organisms is the use of antibiotics. Well, sometimes we have to use antibiotics. However, we most immediately replenish these beneficial organisms through diet.  Antibiotics kill the enemy bacteria but also the good ones living us prone to more attacks, especially by some yeasts that lives in our guts. The body for our own benefit in a small amount uses these yeasts.

However there is an especially aggressive type that takes advantage of a weak gut defense to try to colonize the whole tube from the anus through the mouth. If we don’t take care of these yeasts (Candida Albicans especially) these yeasts will start developing branches like plants and will penetrate the walls of the intestines and even reach the brain to release toxins in the blood stream. In this stage there is triple trouble trying to bring our guts to a healthy and functional immune system.

People with a compromise immune system will suffer from allergies, sinus infections, asthma and later on it can develop into many other illnesses. Dr. William G. Crook and Dr. John P. Trowbridge/Morton Walker wrote about illnesses like cancer, psoriasis and even Crohn’s disease as possible consequences of yeasts gone out of control.

To keep our immune system properly working we should eat foods like aged cheese and other aged products. Commercial yogurts are not a good way to replenish our good bacteria. Instead we should use the ones that come in pills, powder, liquid and capsule forms. 5 billions or more  per serving will be a good dose to take.

How To Empower Your Heart

The heart is a muscle that is constantly pumping iron. The ability of the heart to do that constantly is by electrical sparks who uses ions called electrolytes. Four mayor electrolytes are sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Magnesium remains inside the cells and calcium remains mostly outside. However, calcium constantly enters the cell but magnesium pushes it out creating a spark of electricity that empowers the heart muscle to pump blood. About 55% of the body magnesium is in the ionic form, which is what the body uses to create electricity together with other electrolytes like calcium and potassium. Magnesium deficiencies are difficult to detect because the plasma amount always remain constant but inside the cell the amount varies depending in many factors. Stress, alcohol consumption and too much sugar or carbohydrate in the diet are among the most important factors contributing to magnesium deficiency inside the cell.

When we are deficient in magnesium, calcium enters the cell and encounters difficulties leaving the cells as the power of magnesium to push calcium out becomes weak. Here is when some of us suffer what is called atrial or ventricular fibrillation. The heart fibrillates due to lack of electrical power. Eating a diet higher in magnesium might correct the problem if the problem has been a diet low in magnesium. Many people besides eating a diet low in magnesium; they eat a lot of sugar that requires a lot of magnesium to process that amount of sugar. Eating lots of green vegetables plus nuts like almonds will increase your magnesium intake. If you don't eat vegetables or nuts plus you eat a lot of sugar then you might as well use magnesium supplements to protect your heart.
